Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (“MGM”) has joined with mediapeers GmbH, ("mediapeers") to provide this web site, www.mgmlionsden.com (the “Site”). mediapeers provides the licensing platform for the Site and when you register or submit information to the Site, you provide your information to both MGM and mediapeers (collectively, “we,” “us” or “our"), which both use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Except if specifically stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on the Site and does not apply to information collected offline or otherwise outside of the Site THE SITE IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING AND ACCESS ONLY BY REGISTERED AND AUTHORIZED USERS ("Authorized Users"). This site is not for personal use or general media use, but only for legitimate requests to license an MGM owned clip, still or other material. To become an authorized user you must submit a registration request that must be approved by MGM. Access to this Site is subject to, among other things, your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use , which governs your use of this Site.

INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT TO THE SITE

When you first request to become an Authorized User, we require that you provide certain information about yourself, some of which is personally identifiable information (information that could reasonably be used to identify you, such as your name, business address, e-mail address and telephone number) (“Personal Information”). We also may collect certain additional information needed to approve you as an Authorized User and conduct MGM business through the Site. If MGM approves you as an Authorized User, the Site will e-mail you information necessary to access the Site. There may be other forms or features on the Site that ask you to submit Personal Information or other information. The Site does not knowingly collect information from children younger than 13.

As stated above, MGM has joined with mediapeers to provide the Site. mediapeers provides the licensing platform for the Site and when you register or submit information to the Site, you provide your information to both MGM and mediapeers. The Site may share non-personal information, such as aggregated user statistics, with third parties, but we do not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties' marketing purposes. In addition, MGM may share your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy and in the following limited circumstances:

Third Parties Providing Services on our Behalf. We sometimes use other businesses to perform certain services for us, such as web site hosting, conducting web site usage analysis, sending e-mail or other communications, clearing and processing credit card payments, or performing other administrative services. We may provide personal information to such service providers in order for them to complete a requested transaction or otherwise perform their duties for MGM.

Business Transfers. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice to you.
